Our Amphora came this week and we are in awe!! This is where our gorgeous Russian River Valley Chardonnay will age for the next year. Pure magic.
When I think of this project the words ‘inspiration’, ‘joy’, ‘gravitas’ & ‘extraordinary’ come to mind. We cannot wait to share this with you all.

Our first Chardonnay project is in the tank fermenting as we speak! We couldn’t stop eating the grapes, they are so delicious!

Took a little trip over to Sonoma to check on the Chardonnay from the legendary @bacigalupivineyards today and not only is it gorgeous to behold but it’s so damn delicious. Just like Galileo said.. “sunlight held together by water.”
We’ll harvest this Thursday and ferment in stainless steel. Then, in less than two weeks our jaw droppingly cool concrete amphora will be ready from @sonomacaststone which is where @peacockvineyard and I’s beautiful creation will live in enhancement and luxurious enrichment processes for the next year until it’s ready to release.
I’m in absolute awe of all of this and so grateful to be working on such a dreamy project with such badass people.

Our beautiful Blanc de blancs, Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wine from a heritage vineyard in Anderson Valley represents the grace and elegance of 3 years en tirage!
We began with the dream of lifetime, impeccable Chardonnay from a beloved family vineyard, an incredible winemaker & sommelier and a goal to make a true Champagne style sparkling wine with the highest levels of craftsmanship and patience.
With enticing hues and the finest perlage, M Sparkling is a dance on the palate, with crisp bosc pear and citrus notes that make way to a lacey mid palate texture. The stunning layers of flavors from tirage bring a kiss of almond and brioche on the finish.
Only 145 cases of this vintage gem were produced and were down to our last 30 cases remaining! 🥂
An extraordinarily rare and exquisite offering. The work of years of hand craftsmanship by some of those most passionate in the wine trade.
